Myself Shaikh Abdulhai, Chairman; wish to provide brief information of our Sanstha/ Charity Operation, first of its kind as here under.
During Covid-19 first lock-down, March-April 2020; we had realized need of a registered and permanent Charity Organization in our Wavanje Village area of Panvel Tahsil. The fact, there was no locally established Charity Organization who could extend helping hand those days in this area.
We are here now working in Wavanje. Literacy Rate in here is very low, many has no permanent source of income additionally with lack of valid legal documents, families could not claim benefits from several Govt. schemes. Therefore, to make these families self-sufficient, we decided to come up with right solution to help these communities.
Step by Step, Aai Sanstha has managed to find a solution by having Central Govt ID # 213456510019 called Common Service Centre (CSC). Through special project called Community Development Centre-Wavanje (CDC) and E-Seva Kendra – Wavanje we are helping these communities with valid and legal documents.
W.e.f. October 2020, we are in operation and have managed to get our Sanst1ha registered on 2nd June 2021 with Registration # 127/2021/ F-14519 Alibaug.
